How do I get started?

Connect your sales channels, tell us roughly what you ship, and we'll create an inbound plan. You send inventory to the assigned warehouse(s), we receive it, and orders begin shipping automatically.

Which marketplaces do you fulfill for?

Any channel you cross-list on Foxlister — eBay, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Etsy, and more. Orders are pulled in automatically and shipped from the nearest location.

Is there a minimum volume or long-term contract?

No minimums and no lease. Pricing is usage-based, so it scales up and down with your order volume month to month.

Can you use my own branded boxes and inserts?

Yes. Send us your packaging and inserts and we'll use them on every order, or we'll pack in standard mailers if you prefer.

How are returns handled?

Returns are routed to the nearest warehouse, inspected, and either restocked or set aside per your rules — with inventory updated across your listings.

How fast will orders ship?

Orders placed before the daily cut-off ship the same business day. With inventory split across our network, most US orders arrive within 2–3 days.
